At Choice Home Inspection Services, all of our inspections are performed in accordance with the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of the American Society of Home Inspectors. Don't be misled by claims to adhere to "other" standards. There are organizations with similar names and lower standards. ASHI is the standard of the industry and your assurance of a quality inspection.

ASHI membership is limited to inspectors who have met professional and educational requirements through an exam and membership review process. Members are not allowed to actively engage in real estate sales or to have a financial interest in the sale or maintenance of any property that they inspect. The ASHI Code of Ethics governs professional behavior and avoids potential conflicts of interest.
